Wise counsel-Be your own Compass

Being your own wise counsel is such an amazing feeling. For me it means i am listening to my inner wise self and using it as a compass to know my North. Inner self messages to us are known by many names Sixth sense,Intuition,Gut feeling even being psychic comes under this umbrella. Gut feeling is your own sense of whether you are feeling drawn to what is in front of you or your inner self is telling you to stay away. Decoding this feeling, sense and taking action on the message that comes through will take you on a journey of your own leading you to your personal unique North. When i am connected to my inner self it gives me a very peaceful feeling and i feel protected from within. Most importantly i don't feel alone or lonely when i am connected to my own inner self. Ask questions to your inner self/higher self and then just be aware of the thoughts that come to you,the people you meet, situations in which you find yourself in, there you will find answers to your question a sma...

Manifestation & Time...

Question is why do we feel..that manifestation of our dreams, goals, desires, wishes is taking more time (days/weeks/months/years) more than what we were mentally ready..prepared for or bargained for by wishing quicker manifestation. Is it impatience , a very human state of being or is it more? From the instant that we feel strong desire for someone or something till the time of its physical manifestation what is it that we are engaged in with thought, word & deed. Do we occupy ourselves only with worrying, wishing or counting days till our desired goal is achieved or do we try to find & occupy ourselves full time into finding our life purpose as well as being of service by asking the universe 'How can i serve'. If we keep focusing our personal energy on our desire instead of surrendering the desire to universe are we not doing more harm than good? At the same time disconnecting our inner self from the desire may not be a fulfilling experience for our heart. Maybe...

Manifestation...

There seem to be more articles & books about quickening manifestation than about patience.. It almost feels like patience as a virtue is only developed when manifestation of desires takes more time than what we were ready for..or what we were expecting. It reminds me of Arya Chanakya who planned & put in efforts for many years to see his dream fulfilled of 'Akhanda Bharat' knowing full well that it was not a matter of few months..

Breaking habit of thinking about unpleasant/pleasant experiences,situations,people...

Breaking habit of thinking about unpleasant/pleasant experiences,situations,people... Sometimes there is a particular topic or person about which we tend to think as a habit,it could be reliving old hurtful memories, drawing inferences or simply repeating the incidence in our heads thinking about it in a linear direction, thinking of doomsday scenarios & outcomes. This is the point where we should become aware that thinking about this type of topic, situation or person has become a habit we are unable to break. It's almost like an addiction instead of an addictive substance we become addicted to the unpleasant topic, person or situation. This type of addiction can also happen with people or situations about which we are extremely happy or hopeful . Breaking this habit is extremely important because otherwise the topic takes over majority of your time & energy which we can use somewhere else like for self healing or find..& work on our life purpose. Let's see h...

Writing...writing..

Felt like writing ...or rather blogging again after a long time...and remembered that long back i had created this blog account.. I have written few thoughts in my diary and was just thinking of making them into blogs or articles and then maybe sharing them with my friends. Let's see how it goes. I do seem to enjoy the process of writing. Writing whatever random thought comes to my mind or at times about a thought pattern.. At times my observations of the world outside and my interactions with it...
